Server mail.midgard.cz does not require any verification (port 25).
On port 25 is allowed only our mail server. This port is blocked in our network due to SPAM.
- Test if other websites work (for example www.seznam.cz nebo www.google.com).
- Check if your device (computer, tablet, phone, etc.) is wired or wirelessly connected to the network.
- If so, continue to the point 3.
- If not, you have a problem with your home device (wifi router (“modem“), switch).
Try disconnecting the power supply for 15 seconds.
If the problem persists do not press anything on the device and contact technical support: +420 530 505 800.
- Check if the LED on the power supply transformer from the Internet is lit (blue, green, white).
If so, continue to the point 4.
If not, contact technical support: +420 530 505 800.
- As the next step, unplug the power cabel (1) for 5 seconds from electrical network and check if there is somewhere unplugged network connector.
In the next step verify that the cables in the power transformer are properly connected.
(2) The red connector (black cable) is in the POE socket and leads to the antenna on the roof.
(3) Green (or other color) is the connector in the LAN socket and leads to the home network (router, switch, etc.).
!!!WARNING!!! The device on the home network may be damaged if you swap connectors (2) a (3).
There is a constant 24V power supply in the POE socket.
